Aero Designs recognizes the value of providing products for high-profile vehicles. These partnerships provide Aero Designs with heightened visibility by expanding exposure at shows, races and magazine feature articles.

To maintain our high standards we closely review sponsorship applicants and their vehicles. This process ensures that only vehicles of the highest quality will receive Aero Designs sponsorship.

Due to the high number of sponsorship requests, Aero Designs requires completion of a Sponsorship Application. This application must be submitted to Aero Designs Sponsorship Department for review-- absolutely no applications will be taken over the phone. Each sponsorship request will receive proper attention and consideration.

Approved sponsorship requests, will either be rewarded with a full sponsorship or a partial sponsorship. Either program will require the recipient to cover all shipping and handling charges. If selected by our panel, you will be contacted through the information submitted on your application. If you are not chosen, you will not be contacted. We try to thoroughly review all submission so please allow up to 2 working weeks for an answer.

Proposals must include:

• Car owner information
• Detailed description of the vehicle and the project
• Requested products (i.e. seat/style, quantity, etc.)
• List of future events, shows or exhibits where the vehicle will be appear
• Expected media exposure
• Any and all other information that may help us make a decision on a sponsorship request

Aero Designs also requires all sponsored vehicles to conform to the following guidelines:

• Refrain from using or displaying names or products of any competing company
• Prohibited transfer or modification of any products included in sponsorship package
• Maintain a minimum of four "Aero Designs " decals and sizes of which will be determined depending on the level of sponsorship.
• Must include Aero Designs’ company information and sites when referencing our products

In the unlikely event of a manufacturer defect, please contact us immediately.  For replacement requests for worn-out products, products that fail due to driver negligence or for theft will not be honored.
